i think people can reform, but they must truly want to.people who get caught doing something they shouldn't are most often sorry they were caught, not truly repentant of their own actions, only the consequences thereof.that is why so many criminals are repeat offenders.

Yes, I do. I do not think that a person would continue to cheat necessarily, but the cheater will never be held in as high regard again. He/she will never gain 100% trust and will always be thought of as a cheater. People forgive, but they don't forget.

Generally speaking... yes.

There's a reason why they're cheating - whether it be an unhappy home life; they just never "settled down"; or it's just in their character, and they don't care if they're hurting the other one.

Once in a while, a cheater might come to their senses, but the trust is already gone. Too little too late.

NO I dont think so. A person can change his/her mind anytime. A good man can become cheater and a cheater can become good person. Also sometimes circumstances are such that a genuine person appears to us as a cheater.

No I don't, but I do believe that a cheater loses trust and once trust is gone a relationship is almost impossible.

I don't believe that it is always true, but I believe that it is usually true.
The reason is because it is a matter of character. If a person cheats, it means that they are selfish and lack good judgement. Unless they change these flaws they will continue to make bad choices.

No. I cheated on a partner once when I was younger. I have now been happily married for 12 years and don't planning on doing anything to change that any time soon.

No I do not. Believe it or not, people cheat for different reasons, it's not always about s_x. But most people can change if they really want to. It all depends on the person and your relationship.

hey, cheating to you is always your fault!!! it is a prob with your trust, behaviour, being wrongly arround!!! if you made him to do it once, you are the same for the rest of your life to push him again... find someone else to make feel better, be more appropirate to and make love only you, if you can not change yourself!!!!! I am very sorry. Learnt my lessons!!!
