I'll take 1) - the sports car.
Mainly because it is woth more. I love my car anyway, so I'd just sell the sports car and get enough money to at least put down the deposit on the flat we want to buy.
Also, there is NO WAY IN HELL I could afford another motor insurance anyway!!!!
