Get real popular in the hood.
Sell a lot of drugs.
Use the money to but the influence you need to change the country.

It is good to know what you want to do but you are asking how to do it.
Three simple things.
1) locate the problem.
2) find the solution.
3) market your self using your suggested solutions.

this is my advice , don t be like bush , besides : u have to be creative, anbitious, well educated , strong , faithful, religious , normal person ( not gay) , comprehensif , and god luck for u , and u have also to be open minded , but in general if u are not like bush that would be great.
