What if the pilot goes for a sudden nosedive during highjacking when the highjacker isnt seatbelted?

Even assuming that such a nosedive would not be dangerous to the integrity of the aircraft, I would imagine that the hijacker would shoot the pilot. The bullet after killing the pilot would shatter the windshield causing explosive decompression in the cabin. The hijacker would be unable to pull the plane out of the dive, causing the plane to crash into the earth killing everyone on board.

then the highjacker would most likely fall over giving others time to pin him/her down and keep him/her in control while the pilot makes an emergency stop, providing they get up quickly to do so, and if they havent also fallen over if they wernt seatbelted. If so, then the highjacker would simply stand up again, brush him/herself down unprofessionally, and carry on. But if the highjacker never fell over in the first place then he/she would carry on as normal, if he/she had not been affected by the sudden nose dive. He/she would probably then decide to gun down the pilot, in hopes that he/she would make a better job than the eccentric pilot did, and if he/she had a gun, thus providing a no more efficient way of getting the passengers and staff safely off the plane, presuming its a plane, and probably killing everybody on it because of the highjackers bad piloting skills, so if i were the pilot i would probably firmly follow the highjackers instructions if it means theres a possibility of ever touching the ground safely again.

According to Newton's First Law of Motion : An object will keep moving at the same speed until a force acts upon it or stops it so the person not wearing the seatbelt would fall forward.

Only turn on landing lights near speed of light to find value of 0/0.
