when i connect with skype, my pc crash?

it happen when the other people switch on their web cam

That happened to me too. I'd suggest reinstalling it.

Try to minimize the number of programs running.

Use MSCONFIG and go to the startup section. UNCHECK the programs that you don't think that you need.

Also, there is no software to increase RAM. That's hardware. Look up your machine at http://www.coastmemory.com I recommend that you try to get 512MB or more.
