a penis cant penetrate to the womb, so intercourse is perfectly safe in a healthy pregnancy - the cervix is the furthest part of the vagina & only sperm can pass beyond there as the gap is so very small - its been described as the length & breath of a match. during pregnancy its blocked by a mucus plug that stops anything entering.
during later pregnnacy its the womans size that makes sex alkward, its easy enough to find alternatives to the milariry possition...

depends on the depth of the vagina also.once u feel that yr hitting something at the end of the vagina u should not keep hitting it cause yr damaging the womb.
