my friend was diagnosed from her kidney x-ray that her kidney has air. her right leg is aching for more than 2 months now. she is taking pain reliever but not for kidney problem.

I have currently got kidney problems that are under invesigation, but I have never heard of this condition. So I Googled it, but couldn't find anything useful. If your friend could tell you the actual medical term then this might be more useful in finding out information.
