That aren't childrens cloths since its really hard is there a site made for shorter people because god only know's where to find a store in real life that sells cloths in my size that arent childish for my age.

If you buy xsmall petit women's clothes you should be fine. Try first in the department store. I do this with my petit daughter and we often have surprisingly good luck.
Also land's end often has older girl's fashions (pants, t-shirts etc.) that are smaller models of the adult styles.
