if you feel that way change your name, but there is nothing in a name that can obstruct your progress, a good author will not believe in foolish things like nameology or numerology rather he will work hard to shape his language and expression. If you get into superstitions like this you are never going to make it to success rather try to work on your weakpoints and make them strong.

Only if you write a first-person fiction book with you as the main character. Other than that, it doesn't hurt you. I also thinks it sounds cool too.

There is a reason a lot of authors choose to use pennames. You need something that is rememerable and easy to pronounce.
