yeah u can tell him, but if he only likes u as a friend he might no go out wit u, and if you do go out your relationship with him probly wouldnt last very long

liking someone as far as i am concerned is something natural when it comes to friendship.so i believe that u mustnt say that u like him. however if u love him then u must say it to ur friend. who knows whether he also loves u?
