I know there are millions of businessplan writers/templates etc. out there, but do anyone know of one that doesn't require a IQ of 250 or an MBA just to decifer it?

Thanks!

Check with your local office of Score, Cose or SBA. These professionals will offer advice on writing your business plan as a free service and should be able to direct you to the best business planning tools.

If you are in the UK, pop into your local HSBC and they will give you:

a) a PC programme that steps you through the process; and
b) a paper version which is very easy to fill in.

I used the paper version and then retyped the whole thing properly in Word.

seems pretty straight-forward

Also, check with your local (state) corporations division. In my state, it is with the Secretary of State's website. They usually offer loads of free advice for such matters.
