A worthy question.
It's a catch 22 situation, I'm afraid.
If you have a high protein diet (a lot of meat) you'll lay a single, clean breaking log. All out in one turd, little wiping. Unfortunately it can be like passing a baby's forearm - not the most comfortable.
To have a nice comfy dump try drinking loads of orange juice. Especially slightly out of date orange juice. Bam! It'll fly out of you - no time wasting, no discomfort. But it takes some wiping.
