its regarded as one of the nicest israeli cities , very well managed, nice atmosphere, so yes
and about the safety, the only place i wouldnt take a job is in the palastinian authority, now with the barrier, israel is quite isolated from palastine, thank god for that...

Isreal is a beautiful country, such culture ! However, if you are an American, please remember there are extreemists all over the middle eastern countries. So please, be carefull and on your guard at all times. The people of Isreal are taught this from a young age, they know how to pick up on something suspicious.
