By using zero gravity flights
The Vomit Comet is the nickname given to the aircraft used by NASA's Reduced Gravity Research Program since 1973. NASA prefers the nickname "Weightless Wonder," for public relations reasons.
The plane makes parabolic flight paths, thus allowing the occupants to experience weightlessness during the parabola. In general it is used to train astronauts in zero-g maneuvers, giving them about 25 seconds of weightlessness out of 65 seconds of flight. This often produces nausea due to airsickness, especially in novices. Astronauts training for the moon missions practiced walking with 1/6 of their weight to simulate the level of gravity on the Moon.

In an airplane. There is now a private company that will take you on a zero gravity flight, just like NASA does for training the astronauts, for the low low price of $3,750, plus tax.

This is done using the "vomit comet". An aircraft in which the main section of the aircraft is empty and the hull padded thickly. The aircraft flies to great height then noses down and goes into a dive. This gives the effect of free fall to the astronauts for a few minutes. The manoeuvre is then repeated.
The name "vomit Comet" came about because the first experience of this type frequently cause people to be sick!

2 places: the Neutral bouyancy tank (huntsville, AL, i think) and the parabolic (arc'd) flights on the vomit comet (edwards AFB?)
