they have restrictions on how long a day, week kids can work. like, in the harry potter movies, dan radcliffe's contract was that the movies had to be produced in no less than 11 months because of the laws

Children do all kinds of work that is not illegal. Homework Housework
But some kids are truly exploited in movies or TV. Good point.

They can only work so much in a day. It's why so many producers use twins, like Dylan and Cole, so one can work, then the other one can after the first's "shift" is over.

Depending on their age, they are only allowed to work a certain amount of hours which is why kids films or films with kids take so long to shoot.

I dunno, but I've read communist propoganda and one of their objectives is to get our kids to rebel and one method they use is to disempower the kids [stop them from earning]. So we need to ask ourselves, 'where did these laws come from'? I'd let my kid work. I'd let her do *anything* that's good for her.
