I have been dating this girl for 8 months now and we started having sex about 2 months ago and ever since we started she told me she could tell that I wasn't fixed at birth by the doctors by looking at my penis. I said I have no idea what she is talking about and she said they fix all dogs when they are puppies and they fix baby boys too she said her brother was and that I wasnt and that I need to get this done before she will marry me. She said it is for hygene and behavioral reasons and keep men from being horndogs. So how do I ask my parents if I was really fixed or not and why didnt they do this for me like they supposed to? Is this really true? She is for sure she says. What do they do how can you tell and will it hurt?

After reading a link, it seems I wasn't circumsized. Is this the same as snipping like castration? She said I am fine for now but sooner or later I need to get "fixed" so that I will be an acceptable mate who will be faithful. Uggg.

I do not know how old you and your girlfriend are, but there is a misunderstanding of terms here. It sounds as if she is trying to say that you were not circumcised when you were a baby. Circumcision involves removing the foreskin, which is the piece of skin which comes down over the head of the penis. "Fixing" is not the correct term. Fixing in dogs and cats means that they have an operation which does not allow them to either impregnate a female, if they are male; or become pregnant, if they are female. If you were "fixed" as a human male, that would mean that you had a surgery called a vasectomy, which stops you from having the sperm which your body naturally produces; leave the body and impregnate a human female during intercourse. The removal of the foreskin via circumcision has absolutely nothing to do with a man being a "horndog," which I would think that your girlfriend is using to say it would stop you from wanting to have a lot of sex. It sounds like you both need to learn some more regarding the human body, and the sexual act and what is involved; before you continue to have a sexual relationship. I can only hope that you are smart enough that she is using birth control and you are using a condom every time you do have sex. You can ask your parents if you were circumcised at birth, do not ask them if you were "fixed." I can just about see the looks on their faces if you asked them that. Please get some information on sexual intercourse at your doctors office, the library, a bookstore or your local family planning clinic; but you and your girlfriend both need to become better educated in this topic. Best of luck to you both. Have a nice day!

Well, first of all the common use of the word fixed in this sense means to render sterile. I don't think that is actually what she means. I am sure she is referring to circumcision. The removal of the foreskin from the penis. This is a common procedure for human males, but not for dogs. I think she has confused the two procedures. It is very easy to tell by looking at the penis if a man has been circumcised. The head of the penis will be fully exposed if the man has been circumcised.

Generally hygiene is the primary reason for this procedure. It is easier to keep the penis clean without the foreskin. Also there has been some research that suggests a higher incidence of cervical cancer among women who have regular sex with uncircumcised men, due primarily to a build up of harmful bacteria and foreign matter beneath the foreskin. The penis can of course be properly cleaned by pulling back the foreskin while bathing and washing the area thoroughly around the head.

My wife was somewhat hesitant about having the procedure done on my son when he was born. But, after talking with her father, who was not circumcised, and hearing him say he wished he had been, she was convinced.

Although generally performed shortly after birth, circumcision can be performed on an adult. This will however mean abstaining from sex for awhile after the procedure ;-).

First of all, you have been dating her for just 8 months, why is she talking marriage. You need to let her know she don't know what the hell she is talking about. Male dogs get fixed so they wont be able to make puppies. Babies are fixed (circumcised) because of the parents choice. What she is talking about is the foreskin on your penis was not cut as baby. If she can't deal with it tell her *** to leave because trust me it hurts way more when you are a man getting circucised than a baby. Tell her as* what she see's is what she get.

i have not even afflicted to examine even 1/2 of what you wrote, not because it isn't actual, my wager is it really is, yet because the topics you've come all the way down to 2 ordinary issues: a million) delight; and a couple of) sin. If we take the first one, delight, there's a lot of what you're saying that comes all the way down to you telling her or letting her trust issues about you or your plans that are not actual. you could not blame her in case you stated such and such and then she got here across out the not ordinary way that what you stated wasn't actual. this is a controversy this is sweet to address, and it isn't about you telling her, it really is about you replacing your heart. you've come to a religious talk board, so i'm guessing you assume to hearken to that Jesus does grant a answer, which he does: Love your neighbour as your self! the in ordinary words way you could replace your heart is through putting Jesus as first on your existence. once you do this, then he will replace your heart, or perhaps as he does so then delight can be dealt with, because delight is one type of sin. Which brings us to the 2d aspect: sin. the very truth she receives jealous even as a woman rings is because she would not believe you ... no, you do not blame her for that, you want responsible your self. You created the mistrust, so that you want to create believe. back, the region of her wanting an abortion is because she would not believe you to help her and the newborn, so that you want to teach you could be relied on.

By fixed she means circumscised, or you misunderstood.... Fixing a dog is taking off his balls, and since I know no man is gonna let that happen I can only assume she means circumscised. Anyway, it's only a hygene problem if you dont wash it, like every other part of your body. There are no behavioral differences and by the looks of it, she just doesn't like foreskin. There's nothing wrong with it and all it does is add more pleasure for guys.

Your in no danger of anything so dont worry about it.

If you both like each other then there is no problem in circumcision. If u think u will be hurt thats true. but modern medical science made it lot easier than before. Not only baby boys adults can get it done too.
If she likes it it will be good for both of you. also it is hygienic for both man and women.
If you want more pleasure and dont think about ur partner than dont do it. because ur penis gets rubbed inside ur skin which causes u to have more pleasure and let her have less pleasure. But i tell you you will hardly notice the difference once you get it done.
I think in relationship you should care about ur partner too.

I half get from this she means being circumcised but then again i am not entirely sure. As for being what most call "fixed" i don't think no Doctor would in his right mind do such to a baby.

she may be talking about circumcision. its not "fixing" its just something that was required of all jews under the mosaic law.

you can still do it but it will hurt.

you dont have to do it becuase it will not make you less of a horndog and just wash often for hygene.

i would nt recomend it now that you are an adult.

she probably just finds 'fixed' penises more attractive

if baby boys are all supposed to get fixed, then how do people have kids?
your girl has some serious issues if she thinks that and probably isnt mature enough for sex or a relationship.

Have you been circumcised? If not, that may be what she is referring to. BTW, my boys aren't circumcised. It ISN'T medically necessary. In fact, it is mutilation. You should thank your parents for not "fixing" you.
