am i allowed to be a silent partner in a business if i am on medical disability and not lose benefits?

If you get money from this silent partnership it must be declared to the tax man and Department for Work and Pensions.

SURE UNTIL YOU GET A CHECK AND CASH IT UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO GET PAID CASH AND THEN YOU CAN GET NAILED FOR FRAUD AND LOSE YOUR BENEFITS AS WELL .
