All you can track is the location of the ISP they connect to, which in some cases can be miles away from where they are.

You can not get the exact location of the PC. But you can get ISP and there details. By contacting ISP, you can get the rest of the info. Try this link and see how they tack your computer location. I used this site to track some of the emails I got. Very good site for tracking IPs. This even display your country image, your internet connection type (ADSL, Dialup), and above all, it can track the LATITUDE and LONGITUDE and show it in a map!

You cant get an exact location, you can only trace to the ISP as a rule .. they would have to provide you with that information (Police Warrant required)

open a CMD window and type "tracert xxx.xx.xxx.xxx" where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address of the computer you are tracing
