Are the Philippine courts/judges corrupt? Yes/NO?
This is actually our assignment in Social Philosophy. I thought I could find real people here who could impart their knowledge to me regarding the bias of the Philippine judges.
Please support your answers with a convincing evidence (website articles, encyclopedia articles, etc.) Thank you people.

No, Philippine judges are not generally corrupt because they can be charged in court for it. Laws cannot be twisted making judges follow what the law provides. There are just a few of them who accept bribes to intentionally decide cases in favor of a party but this happens only on cases where it can be decided either way when the law is not clear.
