Oh I do love homemade waffles. However I am a vegetarian so I eat Morning Star Farms breakfast strips and I will eat Egglands eggs.I love to make an omelet with mushrooms and green peppers from the garden. I then add some soy cheese or when I'm bad (cheese) Colby-or-Pepper Jack. I then eat those sweet little cherry tomatoes out of the garden along with fresh chives, basil, and parsley and load them on top! And sometimes I break from my healthy attitude and have a Croissant :) Shhh, I know butter is bad and I don't eat it often . hehe:)

I woke up at half 5 this morning, and was starving, there was no food in the house at all so I waited til I was on the way to work, when my appetite suddenly left me, so I bought a sandwich and a coffee, but have not ate the sandwich yet.

Sounds good, but I would rather eat a big breakfast like that for lunch.
For breakfast every morning, I eat a fresh cinnamon bagel and a diet sierra mist. Yum.
