Since you're asking this in the Careers & Employment section, then I am guessing this is to know what an Egyptian should put down on an application? Middle Easterns and North Africans are white
Coptic Egyptians are not Arabs... There are alot of Arabians in Egypt because the Arabs invaded Egypt and destroyed our land and most of our people... Only the rich kept their bloodline pure because they were forced to pay a higher tax to marry into their own race; which, the poor could not afford

The race of an Egyptian is defiant not a full blooded race it is a mixtures of different races from over the centuries, but the Greeks, the Ottoman Turks, Romans, Arabs, Europeans almost every culture mixed in with the (kemetian people)

Who cares? Egyptians are most probably a mixture of everything that came along during the millenia, same as everybody else. Why would it be important to you? Are you racist and need to know that someone you meet isn't of "inferior race"?? The ancient Egyptians, at least, weren't, look at the portaits of Echnaton and Teje, there seems to have been a lot of Nubian, and other kings and queens look Semitic or Caucasian.
