TELL THE TRUTH! she obviously cant trust you now. Its better to tell her now then her find out later. Save the poor girl some hurt.

Get you butt over to her house get on your hands and knees and tell her that you are a lying,cheating,selfish pig. Tell her how sorry you are for risking her life by sleeping with a person not knowing how many STD"S you just gave her and that you are so sorry for the HIV you might have given her. Then tell her how much you do not deserve her because you are a cheating no good b******. I hope she dumps you. You do not deserve her.Also go staight to a doctor and gets some tests ran to see if you have any STD's.I pray to god you didnt just give your girlfriend the death sentance for a NUT.......I hope she never forgives you and makes your life a living hell if she stays with you.YOU DESERVE WHAT YOU GET.....

Tell her, because trust me, it would be SOOO much more worse if you wait longer, or if she finds out any other way.
I been on the receiving end of cheating before, and I'd rather the guy admit it to me than what he did do, and deny it. That only made me more angry and suspicious.

Unless you want to hurt her don't tell her, then you need to find a way to let her go as you obviously want more than she can give. She deserves someone she can trust, if you can't have affairs unless it's behind her back then move on and find someone that you can be honest with.

she trusts you.you cheated on her.she is gonna break up with you or she is never gonna trust you again.but you cheated on her,that obviously means you are not really into her.so it is better that you guys just end the relashionship any way..best of luck!i hope you make a right decision and so does she...
