It is said, 'there are many facts in the world but only one Truth.' Now, what that truth might be? There cannot be many, Truth has to be singular, only one, to be true. No one can put in words any universally acceptable definition of Truth. As all questions we ask to seek Truth are limiting. They are always smaller than what we are seeking – the Truth. We can live in Truth but we cannot see it all. If we regard Life to contain Truth then we ask – what is Life?
If we head north we deprive ourselves of our choice to go south, or east, or west for this is how it can be. We travel within Life and find our course through things of Life. When we ask big questions we loose our bearings. What can be outside life, and greater than life, upon which we may stand to observe what Life is? To observe and define Truth we need something better, or at least different, to hold onto, to make it our standpoint. Which is impossible.
Once we agree that there can be only one truth as Truth, and understanding that we cannot be out of Truth to see it for then that will not be our truth, we can stop asking questions. We can learn to accept Life including our life to be the Truth. Life should not be a question for us where it is an answer to all our questions. I can ask – who am I? The answer is myself – I am the answer to the question. Can there be any better answer that this. To me Life is the Truth and we know it when we accept and acknowledge life instead of questioning it.

But societies in general and values, norms, time, how many planets we have... are things that are socially constructed.

There are very few plateaus in real life.
Seeing others occupying the peaks across you, the successful learn to stay longer on their own Peak.
There is a steep downhill journey, if you leave your peak to grab the others top.
Think before you leap, Mr. Bush !
You tried it in Iraq and Afghanistan. Don't ever attempt it in Iran.

The only constant in life is change. Some welcome change while others are scared of it. Nonetheless, change happens. So, this tells me that we shouldn't be so sure of ourselves or our beliefs, and also that we shouldn't take ourselves so seriously. I think love never fails, so be open to all ways of thinking. If you are so tied to thinking only your beliefs are right, you leave yourself open to being proven wrong constantly.
