Okay I stopped using birth control in Febuary and had a normal period that month but it skipped in March in April. I had a normal period in June but went and saw a doctor just in case. He said that everything seemed to be fine. Now I have not had my period again in July or August. I'm starting to get really scared because I have something called HPV. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you think I have cancer??? Will I still be able to have kids?? I'm too scared to go back to the doctor at this point...I just have a feeling everything is NOT okay....

I know how u feel.. Are u stressed? worried about anything? Because I had yr problems when I was 18rs old.. my period went away for almost one year.. and doctors told me that everything was good.. and fine.. but I was too stressed due to my father's death.. I was not eating any more.. eventhough I was taking weight.. well I had an upsetting of my hormons.. and all my nervous system.. Please check, go to the doctor... and see what you are going through.. May be it is nothing or maybe it is something.. but if you go to see you can take care .. and you won't have bad consequences...that can be worst. Or you could find your harmony to check that it is just a problem with your growth.. and your way to become a woman... Don't worry..

Since you went to your Doctor, you are OK.. It is not uncommon for your cycle to go crazy after stopping your birth control. Very Normal. Some women have reg cycles, Some have no cycle for a while,, and the other do what you are doing.. Call your Doctor's office and ask if you where checked for HPV,, if not schedule a test for your next check up.. Unless your Doctor noticed a problem with your reproductive system, you should not worry about conception... It will be okay,,,,, hang in there.

The fact is, most women experience some strange thing or the other the moment they go off birth control. Some even take some time to concieve again after that, but for most, everything returns to normal after some time. Just be brave and go see your doctor. Cheerio...
