if you live in the uk, you would pay 22% tax after your allowances and 6% national insurance.
for a single man you would have a montly wage of APPROX 1.900 your tax alowance would be 5.000 a year or 400 pounds a month approx.
so you would be taxed on 1500 a month@22%=300 pounds and national insurance at 6%=80 pounds, you would be left with 1520 pounds.
these figures are a close approx but fairly accurate

I don't know but don't be put off by tax or you'll never get a job. £23000 before tax is VERY good!

Roughly about £1400 - £1500 a month .

£1,434.74 if you are just a standard under 65 worker.

National insurance is 11%, the answer above of £1520 is wrong for this case.
