A friend of mine sleeps with earplugs, he says there is alot of static in the air if he doesn't.
So I gave it a try one day and noticed a big difference.
I was able to dream, and also remember my dreams as well.

Yes, it works great. But be careful. If you are prone to ear infections the moisture retained in the ear canal when the earplugs are worn for an extended period of time can cause problems for some people.

yes- the ones that mould to the shape of your ear are great. I need quality sleep after a long shift as an air hostess. They help if staying in unfamiliar accomodation

I also have complete blackout blinds at home.

Yes, and I have a small fan that I turn on right before I go to bed. Been doing this for over 25 years.

my mother sleeps with ear plugs in her ears but its just so the noise of my dads snoring doesn't wake her every night!

earplugs , blinders ..........soft music ........all will help .
