What's the question? If you're asking who'd be the most likely to stab you in the neck I'd say a Manc. If it's who looks better with a perm, tash and shell-suit combo, Scouser ever time.

Scousers any day, love them people, so friendly and a wicked sense of humour, met tons of them and never come across one I didn't like, you've not had a good night out till you spend one with a Scouser.
