Maybe your not up on comics so I will try to help
I think Mr Incredible is nothing-I was into comics big time and he never meant anything to me so he's out
Spiderman can sense things early and has superhuman strength but nothing close to superman. However is crytonite involved in this battle or not. If so than not only would superman lose, he might die. You didn't mention it so I guess not.
Batman is nothing more than a regular human who uses armor, weapons (toys), and martial arts. He has had his back broken in comics and there is no way he would win at all.
I am with the others with superman unless kryptonite is involved-ask your son-then I would totally go with spiderman.

Spiderman - Strength, Reflexes, WEbs
Superman - We all know
Mr INcredible - Only strength and invulnability
Batman - HUman, but gagets
If fought all at once I'd say Supes he can Keep distance and just heat Vision you
But if fought over a period of days and with breaks, Batman cause he'd design some new gadget to get around everyone elses strengths.

HAHA Its Either Spiderman or Mr.Incredible. You see, Batman and Superman wear capes. Bad idea. Capes very bad. And as someone already said, underwear outside their pants? Thats not very smart. Spiderman could swing anywhere and wait for everyone else to be beaten up then when the second to last one faints. He'd win. =)

Batman would use Krptonite on superman(which superman gave him), he would predict spiderman's moves, but he might have a hard time with Mr. Incredible, but he might outsmart him and use something in his utility belt. But, if superman attacks fast enough he'll win it all.

Mr incredible. He is the smartest if u can see. Spiderman and Batman wear their underwears outside but are smart enough to cover their faces with masks. Not smart wnough to wear thier undies inside though. And superman dosent't even bother to cover up his face to let everybody noe dat he is wearin his undies outside...

Definately superman. He has pretty much every ability that the other have, but better. Other than spiderman's web stuff, but really, what is that good for?

Mr. Incredible and Batman would go down early, leaving Spidey and Supes. Spidey would probably get his butt kicked, then go find out about kyrptonite and use that knowledge to defeat Supes.
