I dont think there is any way you can find out who the phone is registered to, but i know you can call your network providor and get that number barred from contacting you! Good luck!

When you call the person and it goes to voicemail it should say who THEIR provider is. Call their provider and tell them that the person has been harrassing you. They should be able to verify that you are getting alot of text messages from them and cut off their phone. Each time they get a new number do the same. Eventually it will cost them enough to make them stop...

reverse phone number search compiles hundreds of millions of phone book records to help locate the owner's name, location, time zone, email and other public information.
Use a reverse phone lookup to:
Get the identity of an unknown caller.
Identify an area code.
Recall the name of a person whose number you wrote down.
Identify an unfamiliar phone number that shows up on your bill.

This happened to me a lot of times, and i hated it but the txt that i received were very dirty and then it scared me i contacted the police they found out who it was. But you can also call the company you have registered your sim card with and they will help you, you can only find out who it is if the sim card has been registered as then it will come up with the persons details.

Try not to respond , this is what the person wants, if this was a nice person they wouldn't do this to you. Delete the messages without even reading them, you don't HAVE to guess anything, you need to take control here or it will send you crazy wondering!! Ignore, and if this person wants to reveal their identity to you they can do so another way. BE CAREFUL!!

Someone is just winding you up, I get it a lot.
You wont find a website that lists who it is registered to because it is against the Data Protection Act

I dont know any websites, I think the data protection act stops that.
Probably a silly question but have you tried calling from another number?

there is no way for you to find out, my mobile i just bought a sim card from virgin 5 quid cash no name given. if they text again tell them you'll contact the cops and they can trace it, which they can by the way. just takes a lot of manpower, or they can trace by the number if its on a contract phone
