Best steak I ever had, not to mention the best and most courteous service, was at Ruth Chris Steak House in Kansas City.
It was not cheap but it was worth every dollar!

Charlies Steak House in Orlando, Florida.
They are a little expensive, but the steaks are worth it.
Just remember to bring your appetite. The steaks are also HUGE!!!
