Hmmmm.....
If you had said anything other than pyjamas, I would have probably said YES!!!!!!!!
But... Think about it - would you really enjoy the possibility of accidentally slipping into another dimension while you are asleep?? You'd never know what was a drem or what was reality, I'm not sure I could be doing with that!
Now some other object which I don't use much, but could when I wanted to change dimension would be better! Like my popcorn maker, or my electric kettle......

yes, i can pee while in bed., but what if i leave half of it back inthe loo?
