I dont know about forving them inside on purpose but I know of children who are born that way and the doctors help the testicles descend,

Although it is possible finding a legitimate surgeon to perform the procedure would be next ot impossible.

If u are talkin about a guy to perform this...i tell u its IMPOSSIBLE because there are no space to put 'Ãn' the testicles.It can be done unless you remove it completely and facing the consequences.Listen to me its impossible!!
