We have farmers..y'know, the people who've 'farmed' the land for thousands of years?
We dont really need things like Cowboys, we're not exactly a huge country

They are just called Farmers, or farmers wives.
We don't really have to move herds of cattle across thousands of acres of land, its more like getting them from the field to the milking house!
