I'm not sure man, Keano was fantastic as a United midfield player, but as a manager he still got to prove himself! He got some interesting recruits, Yorke, Miller, etc.. If Fergie can provide him with some good reserve players and some tips, he'll do well.... but let's be realistic he won't get excellent results from the start, but in the long-run he'll do quite well, he's got too much experience and was a captain so he knows how to motivate and place his players, strategically speaking I have no worries.

If he lasts two seasons,he'll have done well.
My concern for him is his temperament.It wouldn't surprise me in the least if at least once during his time as a manager he is sent to the Stands by the Referee.

if his team performs well he shud stay as long as he doesnt get an offer for a high positioned club .
