The theme song for "Carry On Screaming" is credited in the film to "Anon". The singer is, in reality, Bad Company singer "Boz" Burrell.

It was written by written by Myles Rudge and Ted Dick and as far as I can tell was only ever released as a B side to the single "The Baby Song" (Columbia DB 7972).

I've just looked it up on the iTunes store and it appears to be there...its listed as "Carry on Screaming" by the artist "Eric Rogers". You can buy it for 79p through iTunes.

If you don't have iTunes, you can download it for free from http://www.apple.com

alternatively, if you're a big "carry on" fan, you can buy all of the theme tunes on one album...

Hope that helps!

The DVD was given away free with the Sun newspaper and if you check eBay you can pick them up for £1 plus the postage......If that is too much hassle then the Peer to peer program of your choice will be able to supply the film then just use Audacity software to rip the song from the file.

try HMV or virgin, they both have websites so you can probably order it or of course there is the inevitable ebay....or you could cheat and use a peer to peer network if you just want the track and not the packaging:P, instead of the song you could get him the entire carry on screaming DVD
