YOU might or COULD have an Ovarian Cyst!

If this continues each & every month, GET YOURSELF TO YOUR OB/GYN ASAP/IMMEDIATELY!!!

The PAIN is not worth it! Been there, Done that!!!

In the meantime, hot/warm baths or showers, heating pad, and deep breathing exercises all help to some degree.

I take an 8 hour time release PMS Over the counter medication when my period starts!

are you sure you don't have an ulcer? I am a male but had 6 bleeding ulcers a couple months ago. I finally went to the emergency room where the genius doctor thought I was having labour pains. I informed the idiot that I have the wrong parts to be having labour pains. I found out the next day by ultra sound at the doctor that I had 6 bleeding ulcers.

Does this pain always occur during your period??I need more info to answer you precisely!!!add more info!!

Okai..based on ur added info...U do have this pain since perriod starts. You need to realize something that not all female will period in quiet condition..some will suffer with the pain because period means your uterus wall which is highly rich with blood is collapsing and will reform ..thats the cycle is all about!! but for some female the tend to have muscle pain where inflamation occur during the cycle. At times the pain might gets worst.Taking pain killers will do .If the pain continues(very bad pain ) then u might suffer from endometriosis(back flow of period blood) as this means alot blood clots blocks in your uterus.By taking contrceptive pills can regulate your period with additional supplement of evening primrose capsules.Yet consulting a doc is the best.ask him to run ultra sound scan. That is enough to determine the cond of your uterus!!!All the best!

Go see your Dr. sounds like you may have something wrong . My sister used to have heavy periods with a lot of pain and found out one of her tubes were blocked. Needless to say when I had back pain and what I thought was a period turned out to be a cancerous tumor....
