Wear a nice dress. It's formal when you match it with heels to wear at the dinner and if you have time, just swap them for flats at the movie. I'm thinking of a little red dress. Have fun on your night out :)

Depends where the dinner is... I would wear a pair of really well cut jeans-preferably dark denim-a nice pair of shoes, not too high heeled and a smart/casual top-something dressy but not too over the top. Hope this helps!

from a ladies point of view, judging from what my husband likes, i would suggest you wear a dress or skirt but preferably a dress that can be pulled up easily just in case your hubby gets some ideas in the middle of your outing. it is generally sexier to wear a dress that is a bit revealing but not too revealing, and of cos top it up with high heels.
remember to go with colours that suit you, let him be extra proud of you. good luck and enjoy yourselves.

A dress that's sulty and seductive without it being too revealing. Something that would come up at least a little over 2 inches above the knees and a little cleavage. If all else fails, you can't go wrong with "the little black dress".

I agree with susanradford, but a black dress, you just cant beat a black dress, good idea with the shoes. Don't forget to have black matching underwear!
