Yes.
I have just run a very, very long distance at phenomenally high speed. And then I stopped to lift extremely heavy weights. Lots and lots of times. And I danced quite aerobically on the spot at the same time to funky hip-hop music. Then I ate a very fit and healthy breakfast of... errmmmm... dry porridge. Washed down with a pint glass full of assorted vitamin pills, herbal remedies, laxatives, muscle building chemicals and contraceptive pills.
And sesame seed oil.
I ate sesame seed oil, because it is good for me.
And my body is a temple :o)

Um... it's just after 4:00 A.M. here, I just got back from the bar a while ago. I get more exercise at work than most Olympians get in training. No need to exercise in the morning. I work 2nd shift.

Just did about a mile making my way around the plant (work) checking things. Keeps me awake in the early AM.
