didn't use to feel that way, but as I got older my patience for stupidity, rudeness, and all around BS by seemingly adults, is next to none. Use to be a people person, not anymore. one out of 5 I know are decent, the rest are loser, users, my way or no way posers, oppinionated want to force their crap on you, etc. I keep to myself, and not lonely at all. Have no time or patience for stupid crap, draining, chaotic, toxic people. Family or aquaintences.

Hello!! :o) Having a low tolerance level for people usually stems from a 'control' issue. [Your own] You believe that there IS a 'right way' to act and when others fail to live up to your 'right way' - you become annoyed and intolerant. Once you begin to accept that each person has a right to be who they are - your ability to appreciate their differences will result in YOU becoming more tolerant. Have a great day!! Craig!! :o)

Because it is a world of me me me.
I want
I am entitled
I do not care about anyone except me
So every small things is annoying

I have a wonderful example from a friend of mine who works as a crash team member for the trains.
She was taking a dead body out of a train when a woman came passed and stopped her.
"I want compensation for being late 10 Min's who do I speak to"
My friend looked at the body then at her and quietly asked the woman to hold out her arms at this point she left the woman holding the body and walked away saying that could have been you.
Need anything else be added.

I think some of us get to a point that all we see in others is that they are user's they always want something from you. And that's the only time you here from them. You probably never ask for help and you just reached the point that things had to change in your life. Not an easy thing to do but you have to think whats good for you.

if you're easily annoyed, you may well be in the worst possible place.

still, it could be something as organic as a screw up in your hypothalmus or the neurons that secrete GnRH. this might account for a rather prickly personality and a low tolerance for other people and their behaviour. it's hard to say with no info on you whatever, but good luck sorting it out.

It stems from your inability to tolerate failure and lack of social intermingling as a child. When you learn to see that everyone is different and everyone makes mistakes, it is easier to accept people as a whole. We all suck. That's why we need to put up with each other.

Well in my option the reason you have a low tolerance of people is because most people are just plain stupid....i have the same problem...

People are annoying, you may be to thinned skin about it though. You know people are annoying so let them be and move on. Life is what you make it, if you don't don't let them get on your nerves then they won't. It's like anything though you have to learn it and practice makes perfect.
