Am I crazy to believe that the attacks on 9/11/2001 were the result of a conspiracy?

My question stands as my question is. It is word as it is intentionally.

Ok, I think this question has ran it's coarse so I will add the fallow.

Those who say I am a nut case must believe that I have to believe the attacks were carried out by one person. For more then one person makes it a conspiracy.

I loved the movie V, it had a Batman feel to it. However I've only seen it once and I do recall he worked alone until the end.... And even when the building was blown up at the end it wasn't preplanned by a group, so even then it wasn't really a conspiracy (though I suppose one could argue the finer shades of the meaning of the word).

I don't know how the debate about 9/11/2001 can ever end if people can't even agree that it was a conspiracy.

Big Dog

In V one man blew up a building in the beginning of the movie.

On 9/11/2001 a group of men blew up a group of buildings.

What do you mean it can't happen in real life?
It Obviously Did!

If you look at real evidence and not veiled, far reaching what ifs, then you will realize that it is implausible for the government to have planned this. Yes, it was a conspiracy hatched by religious fascists to try and kill as many Americans as they can, and strike us on our own soil. There are plenty of left wing libs who WANT to believe that the Bush administration did something like this so badly that they are willing to close their eyes to reality and spout this kind of unfounded crap. It's not because the evidence is compelling at all. It's a deliberate, calculated attempt to discredit the current sitting administration and sway the thinking of the people of this country. You have to have more faith to believe that the government murdered thousands of it's own citizens (including hundreds of cops and firefighters) than a Christian has to believe that the world was created by God in 6 days. Hatred of the current administration drives this stuff. If the Democrats do manage to get into office (God help us then), when the next attack happens (and it WILL happen), THEN it will be the Islamo-fascists, and not some murky, vast right wing conspiracy. If our enemies could elect our next President, the Democratic candidates would win by a landslide. Mark my words.
In short, I don't know you enough to say whether you are a nutcase, but you are willing to take a step of faith and believe some really poorly founded THEORIES driven by a political agenda not searching for the truth, but instead guided by hatred for our government, and willing to say or seemingly do anything to see it discredited. I'll say this, anyone in this country that participates in this type of thinking is as dangerous to our way of life as ANY of our enemies abroad. If you have decided to think like this, you are more dangerous than a nutcase, because it was a decision. At least lunatics have a disease to blame their lunacy on.

If you are you are not alone. Lotsa very inteligent people beleave that to be the case. Probably not a good idea to state it as a fact cuz even today with overwelming evidence no one wants to hear that Pearl Harbor was a conspiracy, my Dad was there and it was. The major problem is not was it or was it not, the problem is no one is actually going to find out because the perpetrators are not going to let that happen. Watch there will never be a proper investigation. There's you r best clue right there. If you listen carefully as to how people word thing (knowing propaganda when you hear it) it is pretty easy to tell. The comitee was forced to explain why they did not dig into able danger. If you can listen to their reason that is a really good example of propaganda. We convict people to death regularly with far less evidence (Scott Pederson) than there is pointing to a conspiracy.

I believe that the US Government pushed Muslims too far. However, if there was a conspiracy within the Government, then you will not be able to find proof. Just watch Prison Break :) So yeah, the Government can be partly blamed, and I think when the next election comes up then the Americans should vote for another man to run their country as George Bush just likes to stick his nose into EVERYONE's business and try and justify it, basically, he just likes wars. He's not as bad as Hitler, by no means, but the more he stays in power the more he'll like to kill.

You are living in a fantacy world. The movie V, is just that, a movie. Carefully plotted out on a script and put together by hundreds of people on location. To think something happening in a movie is real is a sign of mental problems.

there is many theories about what really happened that day,the only thing i can say is this is fact,,
The day after 9/11 when all planes were grounded across America, several small planes full of bin la-dens and the house of Saud(royal family)were flown from all over America and left on a night time flight without any questions been asked,,
kind of starnge that you blame bin laden for the mass murders but actually fly out his brothers without question,,
strange but factually true,,draw your own conclusions
