I guess Rosemary and Fred West would be a good example. They raped, videotaped, tortured and murdered young girls including their own daughter just for kicks.
I don't think they would seriously have an ounce of goodness in either of them.
That's totally a different category from, say, the Columbine High School thing where the killers were bullied and alienated and were doing it for revenge.

Evil is simply when you do something that you think is wrong.
It's not subjective and nobody else can tell you what is evil, it's all in your head.
Evil exists in the same way tables exist. It has no influence over us.

I believe that the ability for a person to commit sexual crimes against children is true evil... anyone that can take a child's life away in that sense must have no soul.

Absolutely it exists. Take the sadist who enjoys inflicting pain...is that not evil? Read about sociopaths/psychopaths with no conscience. Was Hitler not evil?
