Ok... here we go...
Mikayla Maria - I like the Mikayla bit, but maybe not the Maria. Maybe Marissa, but Maria sounds a little bit old.
Adriana Tess - Adriana is a bit weird, it reminds me of a guy. No offence or anything. Tess is a good name, I have a cousin called Tess and she is absolutly adorable! She has red hair though :( Haha.
Nadia Kay - Nadia yes, allthough I wouldn't spell it like that. I'd probably put Nardia just becasue Nadia is a bit like Nad-is if you get what I mean. Kay yeah it's ok, but I wouldn't name my child that.
Briana Christina - Briana is ok, but I would probably spell it either Breanna, or else I know a girl who's name is Bree-Anna. It's fairly uncommon, but nice, don't you think? Christina is a nice name, I had a doll called that once.
Celine Marie - Celine is ok I guess, but yeah I'm not particulary fissed. Marie is like Maria, read above. ^
Vanessa Leni - Vanessa is nice, I love it! Leni - well I've never heard of it before, except for guy's names. No offence, but people like think, like if their just reading it or something, that she's a guy. Like for example my brother's name is Ryan, but it is spelt Rian and people say Reeun and think he's a girl.
Roman - I like it but it sound like the culture, you know?
Tyler - I like this as well. It sounds cute.
Out of all this, I would probably pick:
GIRL: Mikayla Tess
or
BOY: Tyler

Mikayla is lovely but I don't really like Maria
Adriana is a little too mature for a baby/toddler I think and Tess is kind of too short in my opinion.
Nadia is pretty but Kay isn't that great. How about Katheryn?
Briana is too overused and Christina is okay.
Celine is pretty and Marie is waaayy over used.
Vanessa is beautiful and I'm not sure how to pronounce Leni.
Roman and Tyler are both wonderful names and Roman is actually on my list of favorite boy's names.

i like Mikayla,Nadia,Vanessa...but not the middle names that go with them..
for the boys, tyler is only appropriate and cute when they're young, roman is wayy to masculine

Adriana and Nadia are quite nice, but not with these middle names, though. As for the boys... Tyler is better, I think, but maybe not the best...
