No joke! You're not sterile now! You should've stopped masturbating when you first felt your left ball was starting to hurt!

As already said it is most like just a bruising of the testicle. Your sperm count should also be normal and you shouldn't be sterile since you have only done it for a year.
However, if you want to continue masturbating, I recommend that you slow down to once every few days (2-4 days to even once a week). Because you have started at a relative young age, if you continue to masturbate everyday, you will damage the tissue in your penis and they are generally very difficult to regenerate without medical treatment. Young age/frequent masturbation can also lead to early ED (erectile disfunction), low sperm counts, and gradual decrease in penis size, so be careful.
By the way, masturbating is a healthy act of sexuality; in fact most doctors encourage masturbating, for males and females, as long as it's not on such a frequent basis (doesn't affect females as much, but they do have their problems). If you were to masturbate everyday for 3-4 years, you most likely would have damaged your penis, as well as affecting the sperm.
If you continue to feel pain after a few weeks, I would suggest a check up with your doctor.

first of all materbating is done by 99% of the population and the other one% are liars.
some people believe it actually increases the amount of sperm produced as the body responds to the need to increase the levels required by you,
the pain in your testy is not related to masterbating but could be a groin strain,or the start of a small hernia, you need to get it checked out by your gp my friend,
feel for any unusual lumps around the testicle.
once the problem has been sorted, you go back to masterbating my friend as its not a sin, just people dont like to discuss it,
good luck and stop worrying they are not linked..

You won't be sterile biologcally. You should consider occupying your mind and body in a fashion that you can look back to with pride.
Since you have stopped that is the first step. Start a hobby, preferably one that will increase your intellectual capital and inspire you to contribute something to the Earth community. It should also give you earning potential.
There are many things that you can learn to engage your body and mind. Do not waste your time and energy with this unprofitible activity. You have enough smarts to stop when you did. Now go and do something that really will boost your esteem.
Controlling yourself is essential to your progress. Do not let TIME pass you by with nothing to show for it.

The pain will dissapear after a few days nothing need to be done in your case .It is a normal thing .you neednot worry about your sperm count in later life i think you are being fingered by an elder kid whom you confessed about your masturbation.Masturbation once or twice a week is normal thing for a teenager and it is part of growing up and you neednot feel guilty about it.The sperm count will be normal when you grow up.

Don't worry about it at all. I am confident that you have not done damage, and I would speculate that your method of masturbation is "bruising" your testicle. Don't be so rough when you do it. Wait for it to heal before beginning again.

You'll be OK., just don't be so rough when you do it. Be patient with it and use some lube. If you are already doing that, then do it less frequently. If that doesn't help, then next time you are scheduled to see your doctor, be a "man" and talk to him.
