Try ProActive. I started using it a month ago and have had great results. Good Luck!

Drink more water. Watch your diet. If you get more pimples around thechin area then that is a result of bad food. Otherwise it could be stress. You might also consider that it is the heat if you are in a hot climate. My husband breaks out terribly all over his back when the temps are high. Now that the temps have dropped to being more mild, his back has cleared up.

Also, make sure you wash regulary and if you have oily skin or it is particularly humid where you are,lay off moisturizing or anythign like that for awhile.

A herb known as Neem can be used for treating pimples. This herb will cleanse your blood of all toxins. This herb is available in capsule form and should be taken orally. You may also apply tea tree oil on the pimples to bring it under control. Try to eat less fried food as they tend to aggravate pimples.

The other answers are good, but I wanted to add that getting enought vitamin A and vitamin C are very helpful, either from fruits and veggies or in pill form.
