Absolutely! Why do you THINK he's always been traditionally shown not having any luck with girls...? I guess they have changed that a little in recent years.
But if you look at the Return to Riverdale, which came out years ago, it was supposed to be a sort of "Ten Years later" Riverdale High reunion. Archie and betty got married, but it didn't work and the got divorced. (You KNEW he was going to wind up with Betty, because he could never get anywhere with Veronica.) then Veronica showed up again, visiting her dad, who still lived locally. Once she heard that Archie was available again, she started playing her old games and pretty soon had him wrapped tight around her finger.
One change: Jughead had been married and divorced. Big Ethel was still after him. Other people kept mentioning that she was looking for him, and he kept ducking out. It was not till at the end that it was shown Big Ethel had become a glamour model, and Jug finally saw the light. Well, I guess they had to do that, to prove that he wasn't homo.

No way!!! Betty puts out, but Veronica's flower is what Archie wants. I think Arch might be a bit bi-curious with ol' Jughead too.... you never can tell.....
