i did a little search. she is from the video game(first game). Armony, is her name. i think that's it.

her name is armony she is professer eiselestien daugther. she a cute redhead introuced to edward when she topples from a great height and land on him. while her forbbiden her from learning alchemy, saying she has no talent, she has an uncounquerable urge to learn and bugs edward becoming his apprentice constanly.
