We call it boy girl
Make a list:
Car, girls name, boys name, sweet, TV program, singers name, colour, etc.
split them into groups of two and give each a sheet of paper and a pen.
Take a page from a magazine.
Ask each person for a a number from 1 to 20
Count the number of words along the first line of the text in mag and take the first letter. e.g B
Example:
Each person has to write down the name of a colour beginning with B. So Blue, Black etc will be right.
If the answer is repeated by another you get 1 point if it is unique then you get 2 points.
It gets quite funny and heated. Trust me it's a laugh.

This may sound a little odd, but pop down your nearest charity shop and see if they have any old "1970's" kids games - they will be childish (of course) but (pending your age) they can be a good fun "blast from the past" - it's original (and clean!) and depends on what you like, but it's worked well for us in the past... (I'm in my early 30's)

Sophisticated, aren't you. I would use poker as a last resort.

You could play "I have never?", where you say something like "I have never done an*l!" and if someone has they have to drink!
