I lost this persons email address that I met in Malaysia. I know the first three letters. How can I search?

Is there a way to search for members by country and screen name? Must I know the whole screen name? because I know only the first three letter. If anyone knows how I can get back in touch, it would be Really awesome. Thanx for your help.
