a guy at work put his hands up my skirt and was rubbing my inner thigh, i jumped up and pushed him, and he said that if i told anyone he would just deny it. So should i tell someone?

You should tell to his boss.... If you still keep quiet, i'm sure it will gonna be a second time to harrass you....
Warn him, if he do it again, report to security....
Let everybody in your company especially to the girls that what kind of person he really is..... Make him lose his face....

Yea tell your boss thats sexual harrasment and he can and probably will get fired!Dont wait cause the longer you do it may look bad on you cause people will be why didnt you tell when it happened if it bothered you so much and they might think your just saying it to get him fired and your a liar!!He is just trying to scare you into not saying a word!And if he tells the story which im sure he will to every guy at work you came on to him and you liked it and then other guys might think they can do the same thing!So tell and do it now dont let this perv bully you or make you think your stuoid good luck and i hope all goes well!

If you have an H.R. offices where you work go there and file a complaint. If you do not know what H.R. stands for then you do not have one. File a complaint anyway. look around your work place, they should have a board where they post state info. and regulation there should be posted something about harassment on the job, if there is follow that. Once you do that write down everything that happens on the job that deals with this problem, and I mean everything.

hi there .....in a word YES !!!!! this is harrassment and this creep should not get away with it ,if he ever trys this again ,scream at him at the top of youre voice GET YOURE HANDS OF ME NOW 1.he'll get the shock of his life and the other bit is you'll have instant witnessand that what you want ,tell him that if he touches you again ,he'll lose a bit of his body namely the dangly bits ,dont except this from this creep tell a work mate ad you never know he could be doing this to othr members of staff and if he is he needs to be sorted ..take care xx
