Dumb, as in you believe your friend doesn't care? Or dumb like a fox? Or you just believe your friend is dumb because truthfully, what other mundane humans consider oh, so important, most Scorpios consider oh, so trivial and not worth their time and attention? And so they ignore because it's really useless in the end. Which of the above? There is no such thing a dumb or insensitive Scorpio. Believe me, they know things (they were born that way) knowing things most people can't comprehend. They were born knowing the secrets of life and death. That's their gift, or their curse, depending on how they view it and what they choose to do with that gift. Your friend is not in a shell (that's a Cancer). Your friend is simply just not interested in all the petty things he considers beneath him. What should you do? Nothing, because there is nothing you can do. From what I'm sensing, you think his person is "dumb" because you think he hasn't noticed your feelings for him. Bottom line? If you truly have a friend who is a Scorpio, consider yourself lucky. It's not something they bestow lightly.

We both are on the same road! If he is attracted to you and still behave like a jerk there is one thing that you should do. Make him feel jealous by showing how friendly u r with other guys. Sometimes ignore him. This will make him feel insecure and he will basically be always around u like a spy. He might even sizzle and take out some thundering words because of the jealousy. Don't take it to heart. This is how he will basically express to u that he can't take it anymore.

The idiots who write astrology are 95% of the time Scorpios themselves. They just wanna give themselves a good rep. Scorpios are dumb, illogical, insensitive to anyone's feeling except their own, users, liars, disloyal.....i could go on....
